A holding company with a long horizon
CHROMA HOLDING AS is a Norwegian limited company registered in Oppegård. Its role is to own, develop and steward shareholdings — and to be an orderly, predictable owner.
What a holding company does
A holding company does not itself run day-to-day production or sales. It owns shares in other companies, participates through general meetings and boards, and allocates capital where it does the most good over time.
Our task is to give companies calm: a stable ownership structure, clear expectations and access to capital when a sound plan requires it.
